The Adams Avenue Street Fair

September 20th & 21st, 2025!

The 43rd annual Adams Avenue Street Fair – featuring 75+ musical acts on seven stages – is scheduled from  10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 20, and from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 21, 2025.
Southern California’s largest free two-day music festival is held each year in September in the community of Normal Heights. The event also features carnival rides, beer gardens and beer tastings, festival foods and 300 exhibitors.

The 2024 Spirit Stroll has been postponed until 2025.

Ring in the holiday season during the 8th annual Adams Avenue Spirit Stroll taking place from 2-5 pm on Small Business Saturday, November 29, 2025. Sample holiday-themed cocktails while shopping at retail locations. In between sips, indulge yourself with treats from several Sweet-stops! Limited to 500 tickets, get yours early.

In December, everyone on the Avenue gets in the holiday spirit and it shows! During our one-day only Holiday on Adams Avenue event, Kensington Library Park transforms into a winter wonderland. Kids under 10 can enjoy playing in the snow, and complimentary hot chocolate!
